I am missing 3 profit checks (totaling over $1,300) from Printroom dating all the way back to October. This has been a consistent problem over the last 2 years.
I have made at least 12 requests through e-mail and phone for these checks to be issued.
It has been very difficult to get someone on the phone live at Printroom but I have spoken with Jim & Patrick. Every response on e-mail and in person has been polite but I feel like I'm getting the runaround at this point.
Any suggestions on how to get them moving to pay the checks? Are they going out-of-business?
