Dered a Canon T4i camera and lenses, it came today and all items camera and lenses had NO warranty cards as Daxmart is NOT an authorized dealer - so canon will not honor a warranty on these items. The T4i had a white hand grip and the serial number matched canon recall, but I can't go through Canon due to the no warranty so had to be returned through Daxmart. Daxmart has a 15% restocking fee on all returns
These fees apply to all returns for refund, If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong
item, we will provide a replacement { Exchange } at no charge.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on additional accessories, IE {Batteries, Filters, Chargers, Cases, Memory, -
Tripods and Lens accessories} as well as special order Items IE {Items Specialty ordered or Shipped from the distributor}.
* I am out $298.00 I refuses an exchange as I do not trust this company to send me a non defective item, not to mention no warranty. I will post again if there are any issues with them refunding my money. If so I will go through BBB and my CC company for fraud.
