I purchased a 28.5 Cu Ft. Refrigerator 12/15. The Icemaker and Water feature developed a SERIOUS leak on July 2. Four trips by a Samsung "Authorized" Repair service and a month later, they could not repair the unit. Executive Customer Service offered to replace the refrigerator but RENIGGED when they learned I had not bought it from Best Buy or Lowes. They then offered to refund my money but insisted I totally disable the unit and wait for their response. It is 9/14/2102!!! No response!!!
