THIS realty co. Is charging us 2 months after our summer rental in july for excessive dirty trash. I have no idea what excessive dirty trash is, trash is trash. They charged our credit card forty dollars for this. We bagged and placed the trash where they told us to. We followed our contract to the letter. They had no permisson to charge our card for this type of action. We feel that they are just grabbing money any where they think they can. The matter is under dispute with the credit card co.
