I registered for a 3 day trial and then it informed me that my membership would expire on the 10th September. I had done this 3 times and it always just expired with no issues.
I then decided that I no longer wanted to be on the site, and went through the process of completely removing my profile and trying to delete my account. This time for some reason it charged my card a £39.99 fee. Outraged, I called today (14/09) and demanded a full refund as I had previously tried to cancell the account twice but both times it appears as though the conversation was "cut short".
I have sent in several emails and want my money back ASAP.
This is all a bloody scam!!!
