Optimum west insurance company conspired with john mickelson law corporation (whom is the law firm i retained to file suit on my behalf) to undermine and intimidate a sign-off on a personal injury suit that had been filed on my behalf by john mickelson law corporation. Thay used thugs to intimidate and forged statements and payout documents that were intended to decieve me into thinking that there was only a certain amount payed on my injury when there had been several thousand more.
