I had $30 deducted from my account without my authorization. I never completed any applications to have funds deducted from my checking account. I have been calling Loan Tree Advances daily checking on when will the funds be returned. I am told to check my account in 3 to 5 days. It is now Sept 13 and same story. I have had researched the company and see that I am not the only person that has money stolen. The address they give is 2780 S Jones Blvd Suite 3975 Las Vegas, NV 89146. The address does exist but the suite number is invalid. The property management company is - Newman Property Management L.L.C, 2780 s. Jones Blvd. #100, Las Vegas, NV 89146 according to their manager no Loan Tree Advances conducts business at this address. How long does a company have to exist before the government will intervene and shut them down?
