I received an invoice in the mail from this company that said we past due for a "Mini Web-Page Portal". I called to request information regarding this. There was no answer, me nor my colleague (only other employee here) heard of the company.

I received a second invoice yesterday. They had called and talked to my colleague and told him the bill was due.

I did my research on this company and found that they have been reported for the same scam. I called and left a message that my company would not accept this invoice, nor would be pay any interest until we speak to someone. Someone called (don't remember name) and they told me we needed to pay.

I asked for the audio recording and they played it.in the recording it was my colleague's voice responding to the questions asked. (He says his name, spells it, says mail an invoice and then answers "yes")

They guy came back on and then said something like "there, you heard it". I told him I read about them being a scam and wanted to hear the conversation in its entirety (not just the name and send the invoice). They said they didn't have it because a "3rd party with no stake in the game records and verifies". I told them I needed the full conversation.

They got frustrated (I was pretty fired up too). I reminded him, that according to him, I was the customer and more importantly, I was the one with the money he wants.

I told him I needed to go. He kept talking as I hung up.

I expect to start getting phone calls from them over the next few days.
