On 1/31 I was contacted by a Chris Brian (employee ID# 5326) telling me I had to submit to a quality control recording so he could cancel this invoice for $599.99. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up on him. After 3 more calls I played along, since he insisted this had to happen or I would get a bill for something I had never heard of.
Sure enough, 4 months later, on 5/14, I get a past due invoice for $599.99
interest of $27.40 for a total of $627.39. I called to 1-888-920-5199 and was told they had a recording of me agreeing to pay this. I rudely told the lady it was BS and was told it would go to collections.
