We purchased 16 double hung windows and 1 picture window from this company. The owner himself, Mr Scott Pitcher told us that these windows that we purchased were the "cadillac" of his windows that he sells. The windows were installed back in June by Pitcher Perfect. We decided to go with the full screens, due to having animals in the house so that we can lower the top half of the windows without having to worry about bugs getting in.
Now it is October and haven't been able to enjoy these so called cadillac windows due to bugs getting in around the screen. We have contacted Pitcher Perfect several times and they keep telling us that a so called truck from the Soft-lite company is supposed to be sending something that is supposed to resolve this issue. Each time we call them, they tell us the same thing. They received the money from the loan company and feels that they are done with us. They don't want the satisfaction of a customer who just spent almost $10,000 on their "cadillac" windows.
We asked to have the half screen windows to resolve this bug problem but basically they are refusing our wish. 2 of the people that we have contacted from pitcher perfect told us to live with it, they have the same windows themselves and they live with it. I'm sorry, after taking out a huge loan like this, we want nothing but satisfaction. They keep blowing us off and they obviously don't care about the quality of the products that they install. They screens that they sold us do not fit the windows and are too small, that is why we are having this problem. We have had to run our air conditioners all summer long, due to not being able to open the windows without a bunch of flies coming in our house.
Now we are facing a new issue, the asian lady beetles that everyone seem to despise, now we will have those in between the screen and windows along with the flies.
