Dermaperfect charged my checking account without my permission. The product was received well into the trial period. After using it for a few days I began to get a rash on my face. I called the company and received a RMA number and returned the product. A few weeks later they charged my account $99.98. I called and had to argue with them since they said they never received the product back. They finally agreed to issue a refund.in order to get my account credited immediately my bank said they would need a fax from Dermaperfect. They told me they didn't have a fax machine and would need to ask corporate. They said corporate did not fax info. They would not provide me with the name of the president or a number for corporate. It's hard to believe that there are companys that still operate in the dark ages and will not go out of their way for the customer. I will never deal with them again -no one should charge your account without prior notice. They left me broke and very stressed out. DB Order # 188835
