I also order the anti-aging serum because it was advertised as a trial item. After trying the trial item you then had the option of ordering. The only charge for the trial was the postage.
I decided I did not want to order anything when my card was charged $99.98. I called the company and was told that if I returned the item my account would be credited.
I returned the sample and paid $9 for postage and I insured it to make sure it got there.
I received a email stating that they had refunded the $99.98 to the payment method originally used. I have been checking my card statement regularly and nothing has been refunded.
If you see any advertisement for Dermaperfect Anti-aging Serum - beware - it is a scam. I am apparently out $99.98.
