A charge in the amount of 29.99 posted to my account and several changes in the amount of 2.49, which I did not have any idea where they had come from. So, I called the number listed on my statement. The women who answered the call asked for my debit card number as a way to look up my accounts, which made me very uncomfortable, feeling that I had been scammed already. I asked her if she could look me up by name. She could not, but she asked fort my email. She couldn't locate any information that easy either, so she referred me to the customer care page. They could not help me either until until I gave them 12 of the 16 digits of my debit card number. Then I was abler to view and cancel” my accounts” which promised a money back guarantee if canceled within 30 days. I followed up with the phone line again to make sure everything was processed correctly and I would be receiving a refund. I was told that the refund policy did not apply to all accounts. I am going to cancel my debit card so I can get a new number and they won't be able to charge me for any other imaginary accounts.
