At @ 20:26: 39 hours I ordered a "Meal Deal'- on advice from the server, with 1 side order of avacado. I also ordered another sandwhich - as is. The employee ran my credit card throught the machine @ 5-6 times, before it went through. The employee told me the machine had had problems all day / and for quite a while. I received an "unitimized"- bill that stated $17.95. This was well ovwer thwe order I placed. I asked employee to void it - I would pay in cash, for an itemized bill. She did not know how to do it. She (employee) then called the manager to find out how to do it - he (JackP.) told me on the phone he did not know how to do it, his wife handles "those things"- and she was not there (reidence?) with him - He then told the employee to ring up an itemized bill -2 extra cheeses - that I was not told were not on the "meal deal', which only applied to my sandwhich, not the second one./ and for 2 avocado side orders. When the employee pulled out the avocado - it was black and green from rot - in a bag - which was clearly rotten - then proceeded to retrieve a new bag - and squirted some in a drinking cup with no lid and handed it to me. The employee was in the process of training a new employee who was totally in shock when he saw the avacado. The female employmee spoke she was in fear of getting fired— i t is clearly not her fault - this is a result of the manager -Jack Pertuit - who failed to train the employees properly - and was very nasty on the phone with me. Being overcharged, a faulty credit card scanner which has been that way for awhile, a manager who feigned ignorance of store machine operations - if you do the math - when that act is repeated-he is clearly ripping people off— not to mention the rotted food that was presented to me. Jack wanted my name and number - for which he would correct it - and mail me the difference. It is the principle that matters-his incompetence of store operations, and the employees being in fear of being fired.
