Peoplesmart. They used my credit card 2 times

I'm sorry I put details above about Peoplesmart.
I'd certainly like my money back. They charged my credit card an extra $19.95. I used them before to contact an old friend. I got his addresss but the phone numbers were disconnected (?) This time I got a new address and again the phone numbers were disconnected. Coinsedence? I don't think so.
