I needed to track down a person so I checked out the peoplesmart.com website. It appeared I could find the information that was needed.
Peoplesmart.com is very limiting in the information provided for a 7 day trial period, which they deducted $39.95 anyway. They deducted another $39.95,8 days later without my authorization.
I could not find out the information that I needed on their website.
They state on their agreement page that your receipt will have a toll free number, that is a lie, both deducations do not have any phone numbers available.
The only way you can contact them is through email.
You are at their mercy when they have your credit card information.
It is important to realize the information is very limiting. Totally not worth the money. I will fight the second deduction.
