On 10/3 an "annual" fee of $39.95 was charged to my credit card account. When I discovered on 10/20, I called to cancel. However, my November statement showed a past due amount of $39.95 as it was not refunded. I again called peoplesmart. This time I was told that an email was sent to me and that I had to cancel 30 days prior to 10/3 in order for my credit card to not be charged the recurring annual fee. Alot can change in a year, I left employment at this company 6 mos or so ago and the email is no longer valid. Peoplesmart REFUSED TO REFUND. BEWARE!!! It is about the $39.95 revenue stream for Peoplesmart, not customers, use or customer service.
