In August, I purchased (I thought from TicketMaster direct) tickets to "Jersey Boys" for Sept. 12th 2012 at the Queen Elizabeth Theater in Vancouver, B.C. Somehow and unbeknownst to me I was rerouted to Star Tickets during the payment process (by VISA card). The result was - I received tickets direct from TicketMaster and was billed by TicketMasteer and also billed by Star Tickets. When I brought this matter to VISA's attention they redirected me to Star Tickets. Calls have not resulted in a refund. I received one only pair of tickets, directly from TicketMaster via the internet - nothing whatsoever from Star Tickets.
