Raw Food. No Dessert!

On Sunday Jul-9-12 I Visited Red Lobster For Take Out For Dinner. I Order Lobster Stuffed With Seafood, Crab Legs, And Cheesecake For Dessert. After Waiting Approx. 35 Mins My Order Was Ready. The Manager hat Day Was Jessica She Bagged My Dinner Up. When I Arrived At Home And Prepared To Eat I Cut The Lobster Put A Piece To My Mouth The Inside as Like Soup. I Broke It Open The Meat Was Not Done. I Got Sick On The Stomach. Looking Through The Bag I Notice The Cheese Cake Was Not In The Bag, No Plastic Ware Not Even A Napkin! I Called The Restaurant Spoke To The Manager Jessica Who Apologize And Stated She Would Contact Corporate To Get Me A Free Dinner. I Haven't Heard Anything As Of Yet. I Called Again On 9/9 Spoke To A Manager Mandy Who Stated Jessica Was On Vacation And She Would Discuss This With Her And Get Back To Me. I Tried Calling Again 9/10 Brian Answered And Hung Up. I called Back And Said, I'll Call Corporate! Mandy Left A Message Once Again Stating She Would Discuss This With Jessica. Why Does This Have to Go Through Corporate This Should Have Been Handled At The Restaurant Level. Now I Am VERY Upset.
