Dellay of departure and arrival time.
I was travelling from St. Luis to Kansas city on Friday August 31. Reservation Number 48-9703-083112-M5-1425-STL-KAN. The schedule was to depart from St. Luis by 02:25 pm and to arrive Kansas City by 07:15 pm. However because of the delay of the bus we lelft aft 03:00 pm and arrive at Kansas City by 09:30 which is more than two hours delay and because of this I spent an expected expenses with a lot of inconvenience.
I am asking the company to pay me back for the inconvenience.
