In mid 2010 i answered an on line survey and was awarded people, betterhomes, ect. For the small fee of 40. Per month for 6 months for 1 year sub. To 5 different books. The money was drafted from my credit card. I spoke to them many times and finally just said ok i will pay this 44.00 for a year and be done with it. During this time my mother died and i did not think about an account that i never used but paid every month. Now i find myself still paying only it is 44.00 3 times in a month and an additional 15.00 also. I cannot cancel because i cannot get a hold of any one and the bank cant stop the draft because they did not start it. What do i do. Please help
