I had the exact same problem that was described in an earlier report. I also paid for the "free sample" ($4.95) on June 19. I was later billed $89.95 on July 3 for a regular shipment of Lisoskin. I never received either one of these products despite the fact that I have communicated with customer service on two occasions. The representative told me to "watch for a credit" to my account. There has been no credit as of today&Sept. 7. I plan on taking this up with my bank because I view this as fraud and a scam operation.
