I ordered two on line sample creams for $2.95 each cost for shipping. I received one but not the second one. I Checked my Mastercard bill and noticed I was charge $73.87 and 79.87 for the next two bottles I never said yes to. I called and they said if I ship them back I will get a refund. I did that.in the mean time they charged me three more charges. So What was owed is $233.61. I have made many calls to them and say it was sent back. My MasterCard had been compromised. The refunds never got put back on to my card. I called today again March 21 and I'm told they do not cover those products. How can this be. The still answer the phone as Lisoskin.
