My son and I went to Ruby Tuesday with a coupon for lunch. We presented it to the hostess and server before we ordered. The food and service weren't bad even though she forgot our biscuits. I paid cash and then realized that the server never took off the coupon. She and the manager discussed it and refused to take off $4 for the meals as advertised. They said nothing could be done after the bill was closed out. But I could come back tomorrow and use it. Question: Why would I come back if you screwed me over? I filed a complaint with corporate (August 27th) and still have not heard back. My next complaint will go the the Better Business Bureau. Very poor customer service.
