My mother ordered a belt from that company. When
she ordered it she asked that sales person that if the belt to loose wait did no work for her, would they return her money, she was advised that yes. Then when my mother called to return the belt and to get her money back she was told then that she could not get her money back. This belt is advertise in Univision TV, that add is very miss leading, it does not specify that you need to boil the belt when it gets harden. WE spoke to many people in that office, the costumer services is really bad. One of the reps when I told him that my mother was told by the sales persons that she will get her money back if the belt did not work. He stated that those sales people do not know what are they talking about, that they say many things just to sale the products. I do not understand that reasoning, if I contract some one to sell my products they would need to know about the products, how it works, what is the company policy and so on. This company is located at 4005 N.W. 114th. Ave Suite 13 Miami FL 33178. A manager called my mother and told her that he will be returning her money this past Tuesday and nothing has happened. We are so tired trying to reasoning with those people, I even requested the recorded calls but they have no sent them.
