I live in Denmark and was phoned late in the evening with the same story as described in other complaints... Ie Thay knew my name, adress etc. And I had won a holiday for 4 people including a rental car, trip to Disney Land, all-inclusive cruise to the Bahamas etc.
Everything sounded very reliable until they asked for my creditcard details. I got suspicious, declined and asked for some kind of confirmation or guarantee of their promises before giving any details. He got rather upset and didn't understand my concern. Finally he got very angry with me and hung up. I guess that just proves, I was right in not giving them any creditcard details. Afterwards I googled to seek any comments on this company, and there was lots of them.
Therefore... Watch out - It all sounds very professional, and it's very easy to fall for their smooth-talking!!!
