Company stated that my wife and I had to pay $100 for a roll-away garbage can. We never had services with this company and never received a garbage can. After several calls and days of trying to get this charge removed, this company refused to acknowledge fault. Eventually after approx. 7 calls they relented and reportedly removed the charge. Never was there an apology. Although we haven't come out of pocket we were inconvenienced.
