I am very pissed with Toys"R"Us.
I online ordered the item "Boppy Infant Feeding and Support Pillow Heirloom Tree" from them on 5th September which showed availability both in store and online with 7 days std shipping. Then after a good 6 days later I got an email that the item is back ordered, so will be delayed. I contacted them by email on 14th regarding the status of my order and got a response that it will take more time. As if that was not enough, Two days back I got another email that my order has been cancelled. So after waiting for a good 6 weeks all I get is a simple apology by a computerized email response. I thought they are better than that.
They are highly unprofessional both in their attitude and response.
