Outstanding customer service rudeness

I had my MY 2002 Chevy trailblazer towed into Bill Macintyre chevrolet in Lock haven Pa on September 10 because my fuel pump was leaking and i was told, that my year had a recall and that it would be paid for, I was told 5 days later that it was on back order, then I get a call the following day stating that the coverage on my fuel pump would not be honered. Told me it expired july 31 after I already had it towed there... They addmitted it was ther mistake, but was willing to take a 100.00 off the price, I felt that was still unfair, because they told me to have it towed there, so
I asked for the manager they said he was in florida till april, then they gave me the service manager. He was so rude I dont know how to express it in words. He said take the deal or we will tow it out, because if they wanted to they could charge me for the gas leakage damage it caused on there lot. I said you guys told me to have it towed there... He said if I told you to jump off a bridge would you... I couldnt beleive it... The tank was empty, furthermore... I went over there is no damage. I cant beleive a dealership can threaten you like that and get away with it... My trailblazer is still setting ther to be towed to a different garage... I dont even care about the money no more, its about how I was treated and threatend... What can I do?
