US Bank has pitiful customer service. I needed a simple statement from them because I am embarking on a new adventure (foster care) and they require a credit reference. I called and asked for a simple statement of the lenght of my loan history, and that I have made all payments on time (which is just stating facts). After LONG stretches on hols and talking to three different people, I was told that the 38 minutes I just spent with them was a total waste because they couldn't do that. It would have taken about 3 minutes for any of the three people I spoke with to look at my account, write this one sentence statement, and mail it out to me. If this is how they treat their "good" customers (who actually pay and aren't late), they should be ashamed. Pitiful. I won't bank with them again!
