Hello CVS!
First, I must say that I LOVE your stores. But as of late, everytime I enter a store, everything is moved around. It seems like items are being moved every week. WHY?
I need convenience when I shop and it's difficult to find items evey week when they are constantly being moved. CVS staff are always helpful, but usually busy moving merchandise. Who's idea is it to move everything so often? Certainly not the customers. How can we purchase items when you move them around so much? I'm not sure of your business model, but I recommend a re-do. If you're trying to keep your associates busy, please stop. Thanks for listening!
