I bought a watch from Kay, and when I took it in to be sized they scratched the surface the service was so terrible while I was trying to work that out that I just wanted to get a refund so I could buy the watch from somewhere else where the service would be better, but they simply refused to give me a refund on a watch that they scratched before I even got to where it.
