Northbound I295 at July: 55 AM on 9/6. FedEx vehicle in middle lane condemned on wheels and discovered correct street, without any turn-signal, to create a REALLY overdue exit onto Rte. 73 south. The vehicle was so overdue on his leave he was notably after dark exit street and needed to mix reducing. I had been unfortunate enough to become the very first vehicle who had been somewhat behind the vehicle within the correct street and was almost elope the street. Fortunately, the vehicles behind me could throw on the wheels also and never encounter me.
