It all started when we lost our 13 yr old American Eskimo. We took it very hard when she passed. 2 months has gone by until my wife, son, and daughter started looking on the web for another puppy they came across 2 teacup yorkie pups a brother and a sister.
On August 27 thru the 29th my daughter started talking to the owner of the 2 pups my daughter and wife poured their hearts out for the pups. My wife and daughter got the information from this so called lady how to send the money to her she had my daughter send the money to a lady named urma Hernandez in Texas by western union. The lady said they were shipped to our house in Michigan we waited till late Thursday night and the puppies never arrived. Now we are without the puppies and the money my family was divastated when they waited late that night and no one showed with the pups.
Since then I decided to go on the web site and she still shows the puppies are For Sale. The only way she or he will communicate with anyone is on you cell phone or by e-mail I told her that I have a niece in Florida and she would be there to get the pups for me tomorrow (Thursday 9/6). She doesn't know that I am the person that she ripped off.
What should I do in order to get the pups i paid for or how do I get my money back.
I have learned a valueable lesson.
