I had the same problem i was approved for a loan for 5000 dollars through diamond carter financial the person i was dealing with was carla manuel she said i got approved for a 5000 dollar loan all i have to do is put a security deposit down which was 635 dollars plus western union fees so i did that she then said the funds would be in my acc the next day well funds never came after calling her 20 times and 5 emails later she responded by saying the company needs another 600 dollars plus western union fees due to my credit history so i did then funds were suppose to be in my account on 8/28 never came so 2 days later she told me that they needed another 600 she didnt want me to pay that so then she said that they would refund me my money on the 6th of sept this of course was last wed the last time i talked to this lady after 50 phone calls and 10 emails later still no response so here i left not knowing if the 1300 will be in my account also by me anticipating the 5000 dollar loan also put by bank acount on the negitive i should have known from the begining that this loan was to good to be true never deal with this company again if its even a real company
