I ordered a "trial" skin care product in June. I never received the product. This company charged me the $2.99 for the "trial" product and a few days later an unauthorized charge of $159.95 showed up on my account.
I filed a complaint with my bank and they advised they would handle the recovery. It was not successful.
I have e-mailed [email protected] (supposed customer service representative) numerous times without any satisfaction.
I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in PA. So far, I have not received a reply from this agency.
This is truly an internet scam.
I am writing this complaint with the hope that anyone who reads these complaints will not do business with this company.
