I ordered from a link in my cousin's Facebook timeline, which I found out later had been hacked. I tried to cancel the order the same night before the order was confirmed but no luck. I have emailed 3 times and no response other than from Nancy giving me the confirmation
number of my order and the tracking number but it arrived the same day as the package, which had no address or phone number. I also called my credit card and tried to cancel the transaction but was told it had to post first and when I called back I was told I had to try to resolve it with the merchant.
