I ordered a WD 2TB external hard drive (£66.99) it took them 6 weeks to deliver only for them to mess up the order they gave me a WD 2TB Portable drive so I tried ringing them on the land-line 0208 5390680 to see what happened, it was a recording saying "we can't take your call and you can't leave a message, please try later", fat chance everytime you call same message I must have lost about £4 on that, then the mobile number 07540734435 this time it say leave a message then no one ever calls back, e-mailed them enough times but no one had the decency to e-mail me back, in the end I posted (£6.35) the portable drive back to them and told them to "Stick it up their arse".
