Cap one has not help me when my id was stolen the police, DA, and AG office have called cap one and thay would not call back the police or DA office or MASS, AG officer and i have letters to show from da, ag's office and the police dept. So have two law suits, one for id that was stolen, and for 72 calls to my phone after letter was sent to them to stop calling, some times 5 times aday i have loged. So sue them and i bet thay are a no show in court and do not pay me when i win 12% times 4080.00 per day. When it get to 10,000.00 i think they will take 3750.00 off my acc, only in the usa scam like this could happen sue them right now!!!
