This will be my second complain... Company Name Loan Tree Advance...
I requested a loan and they never told me that there was going to be a fee for processing this loan. I never got the loan, but they went in and pulled 30.00 out of my bank account... Of cause that create an over draft of 75.00. I been on the phone with this company every day since they pulled that money out, here we are almost 2 month later and I still have not receive my 30.00 back.
Here is how they operate... They first ask you to allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be deposit in to your bank account - They give you a confirmation number for the refund, which it makes any good because they continue to tell you to wait another 24 to 48 Hrs and they continue to drag you on for 2 month on this... I was told that my money will hit the bank on Friday 31 By Melissa and Casandra, today Monday the 4th I called them back and they now tell me to allow 3 to 5 business days for the billing department to deposit the money in the bank... All I want is my 30.00 dollars back. I will eat the over draft...
Is there is any one out there hearing to these complaint your help will be very appreciate...
