July 27th, I bought 2 pairs of trousers and wore/washed them three times when the hehm came out of both pairs. I called the 1-800 number and they told me to take them back to the store for an exchange. I had my receipt and took them back. Was asked if I had washed them to which I responded, of course I washed them. I bough them to wear and after i wear them, protocol is to then wash them. DUH The manager said that since I had washed them a coupel times there was nothing she could do. Poor poor poor quality and she seemed not to care at all that I spent $80.00 on pants that I now have to spend more money on to get fixed. Will never ever go back to NY and Company.
