I submitted my resume on career builder and this is where this company Logistics-TR found my resume. Moren Velson emailed me about an open position for a package handler and said if interested to email my resume to him and he would email the application to my email address and he did. I completed the appliation and return it
He emailed me that he received my application and it was being reviewed by colleagues and if offered the position I would receive a telephone interview. I never received the telephone interview and was offered the position. He then emailed me a contract to sign and return.
And for identification purpose to scan and email the contract and my id to his email address and I did so with the numbers of my DLN covered which he suggested. He emailed me that my name and address was in the company database and I should receive my first parcel in 2 weeks.
He also emailed me the company website and told me I had to register on. Their adman panel for members and create a username and password to access my account and I did so. I also read over my contract which has 8 pages and I can provide a copy if needed. It stated Independent Contractor Agreement.
It stated that the company is engaged in the business of shipping pre-packaged goods from the United States distribution to CIS countries. And in the Company Provisions part of the contract during the probation period (1 month) the company shall pay at least $1500 regardless of the number of sent parcels under the condition that the demands have been met and all packages have been shipped. I received my first parcel July 20.
Moren Velson informed me in advance of parcels being shipped along with the tracking number, description, and who were to deliver (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, or DHL). The shipping of the parcels were always paid for in advance by the company. My specific duties from Mr. Moren were when I receive a parcel to email him the name of the store
Where the parcel was sent from, send photos of the packages inside and outside before shipping, and to not forget there should be not be any invoices inside of the package, confirm delivery and shipment in adman panel for members and edge scan of receipt I'll get after shipping the package. I was also informed that some of their
Customers send parcels without informing him and when this happens I must email him the tracking number, description, and name of the store parcel was sent from along with photos and scan of receipts. I've gotten some packages that I had to inform him about. I've shipped 33 packages mainly to Russia and Ukraine using USPS
Express mailing. My 30 day probation period ended August 20 and I have not received my payment of $1500 till this day. Moren Velson told me I could receive payments by direct depositor paypal and suggested paypal because it was quicker so I opened a paypal account and emailed him my paypal username and I still
Haven't received a payment on my paypal account. The only communication I have with Moren Velson who is supposedly the Logistics-TR manager is through email. On August 20 after numerous emails he finally emailed me that there was a discrepancy with one of their US employees who sent empty parcels to their clients.
Therefore the chiefs of the company changed the contract for all new employees and I wouldn't receive payment until all clients have received their packages. I was hurt and angry because I put bills on hold till the 20th and my son birthday was on the 21st of August and I my rent wasn't paid and I'm still in jeopardy of losing my apartment
Because of this company. I don't have another job so I was expecting my $1500 on August 20, when my probation ended which was stated in the contract that I was to receive compensations without delay. I did my job and thought this was a legitimate company. My emails have been unanswered regarding my payment from Mr.
Moren. And I can't make international calls on my phone so I don't no if the numbers the company provided me with are legitimate numbers to the company. I have every email sent to me from Moren Velson. I also have every shipping label, photos, scan of receipt of every package I shipped if needed I will provide all this information. I
Really hope you can help me gain my payment and more from this fraudulent company.
