I ordered the free trail, and paid the postage, on 24/07 i wrote to the company stating i wished to have my subscription cancellled, only to recieve another package on my door step 01/09, upon ringing the USA, i was then told that they had not refunded my money which they had taken on 27 & 28/07, that had yet taken further amounts on the same dates in August. I have tried to get the RMA numbers to return the tablets, and they are refusing to issue them, i have tried to asked for the managing directors name, over 5 seperate phone calls, only to be told on last phone call, if i ring in again i will be reported for harrassment. I have spoken to Office of Fair Trading, and the advice they gave me is, they are in breach of contact, they have failed to comply with thier terms and conditions, as i cancelled my subscription in writing within the 14 day period. Does anyone out there have the name of the Managing Director, i would like to write to him personally, and explain that the company he resides over, has taken funds from a heavliy disabled person.
