I saw an advert for a 'free trial' and it had good reviews. I signed for the trial and was charged 4.99 for the postage and packaging which I didn't mind. I didn't realise that 12 days later £75 would be charged to my account for the entire months supply! When I called the company, they were insistant that it wasn't a free trial but was a 'TRIAL'! The lady said that I entered into an agreement (it wasn't clear that I had done so and looking back at the agreement, it was in a very light grey and very tiny font at the bottom of the page) and that I can not get my money back but she would immediately cancell my account which she did. I feel cheated by a company that is taking advantage of vulnerable and insecure people like me who struggle with weight and would try anything to help. IT was NOT clear that I would be charged a further £75 before the month had even ended. This scam needs to be stopped and as for the pills... Rubbish!!! I'm already financially struggling and this has caused great stress to me... Other people need to be warned about the further payments that will come out of their account. I only wish I had seen this site earlier so that I would have called and stopped any further payment before it came out... I'll never be so stupid again as to click on 'free trials' which are obviously not free at all.
