Having registered a complaint and stopped the texts from 60699, I was amazed when I got back off my holiday to find that, as they had said, I had won an iPad. I genuinely thought they were lying, but I feel I must report this otherwise I would be being unfair to the company.
Perhaps I was too quick to automatically assume the worst as so often happens.
