I naively entered a free competition yesterday with 'Playnwin. Tv' and to my horror, they took £5.00 from my mobile credit. I ve tried to call the number they used to send me an SMS but it doesnt exist, i also tried to unsubscribe with the number they listed for opting out (60699) but its also false. Pls help me, how do i stop this from happening again; is it possible to get my money back?
