I purchased a pair of Gentle Soul shoes through Lydia's Shoes / ZZBaba.com using paypal, but I never received them (it is over a month later). Two weeks ago I sent the website an email about it and they never replied. Also, I saw someone complained that they received a shower cap in the mail. I did too, but I had no idea that they were related.
