I had a phone call from a firm they called themselves right financial to offer me a loan nothing was mentioned about having to pay any money but they took 69.95 out of my bank and i heard nothing about a loan i have since tried ringing their number on the letter which is 0844 692 3880 and this number is not even in service can anyone help me get my money back
