Dear Sir/Madam
I arrived at your Eatery at approximately 22.25 on the date in question first i went to the main entrance and was told to go to the drive through. I firstly ordered 10 piece bargain bucket i was advised to order a 12 piece to get the 12% discount I agreed upon getting to the window I was told they only had 8 pieces left. Not to cause to much of a fuss i thanked them and was handed my meal. I checked the meal and found the chips were cold and the chicken was also cold when i questioned Jessica (that was the name was given) about this i was told that the chicken had to be at room temperature i replied yes if you live in Alaska. Jessica explained the establishment was closing soon and they had to go. I then asked for the restaurant franchise number which is 05369 and her name where upon i was asked to wait 15 minutes and she would do fresh for me i could see she was very very annoyed at this.
I once again agreed and waited 22 minutes then a young lad came to the car and gave me a very hot bucket i thanked him and proceeded to drive 18 miles home when i picked the bucket off the seat a piece of chicken fell through the bottom of the bucket was swimming in grease the chips had been reheated and also swam in grease and most were not even cooked. I have taken photos of this which i am sending to you and i will be contacting the Food Standards Agency first thing in the morning and am keeping a copy of this complaint should you require it to be sent to a different email address
