I had bills totalling 18,000 from an emergency room/observation visit for a possible stroke. They only paid $150 stating that it was all "outpatient" and that the plan does not pay for outpatient testing in excess of $150 per day. I cancelled the policy so that I can now pay the amount I was sending for premium to the hospital to pay off this huge debt. They have since charged my debit card with a monthly premium causing my bank account to overdraw. I have left numerous messages and requested call backs, and have had no response to any of my calls. The billing representative is "Amy" and I have a direct line to her at 678-802-4952. Other representatives have given me their direct lines but I can only get voice mail on any of them.
